At Manor Hill we track progress towards the Age Related Expectations outlined in the National Curriculum 2014.

Teachers formatively assess  pupils’ achievements and  identify next steps rapidly in order to ensure good progress and pace of learning for all.

Our marking policy ensures that pupils receive constructive and regular feedback to help them to know how to move their learning on. We value the time given to correct misconceptions in learning and foster the view in our pupils, that they must be resilient in order to achieve the best results in learning.

Parents are regularly informed about their child’s progress and next steps are shared.
